1991

''Fläck'' was designed by the Swiss artist Niklaus Troxler. He was born 1947 in Willisau. He has three posters on display at the Museum of Modern Art in New York. '' I want people to find my design - ''Fläck'' - irritating. At the first sight, the white areas and the black spots seem abstract, but if you look at them more closely you recognize the typical markings of spotted cattle. And for me that´s a contemporary symbol of Switzerland - a country that´s modern an creative, but still firmly rooted in tradition.'' He is also the founder and organizer of the Willisau Jazz Festival.

To his great Homepage !!!
